Time flies and the days glide swiftly along. One academic year concluded before we knew. The year 2016 has already passed. On the afternoon of 18th January, at the Lecture Hall, Anqing Foreign Language School’s Principal Assistant Qian Zhihong convened the end-of-term summary conference for teachers from the Senior High Department.
  First of all, Principal Assistant Qian Zhihong fully affirmed the effort and industriousness of all teachers in the past year and summarized the gratifying achievement obtained in the current year.
  Second of all, owing to the responsibility of classroom teachers, supervision from head teachers as well as tour-inspection from school leaders, students were full of high passion and read aloud in the morning reading sessions. In addition, students held their heads high, conscientious and meticulous in class. What’s more, students earnestly thought deeply and buried themselves in studies during the night classes.
  Third of all, Principal Assistant Qian praised that all teachers took the initiative to participate in the various kinds of teaching& research activities both internally and externally, achieving pretty favorable results. Other than that, teachers gained the first, second, third prizes in municipal level in terms of students’ composition guidance.
  Fourth of all, in the aspect of student management, the ‘Two-Point-One-Line’ policy gained heartening effect. It was noted that students’ line-up in everything was considered to be a splendid scenery on campus.
  At the end of the conference, Principal Assistant Qian Zhihong conducted significant adjustment for the better development of Anqing Foreign Language School. He proceeded not only from the whole situation, but also from the perspective of students in order that students would effectively make the best of their limited learning time. Furthermore, Principal Assistant Qian initiated the overall implementation of the ‘Five-Four’ program with regard to class periods. Also, slight adjustment was made in the office hour and salary systems to better serve all teachers and students.
  In conclusion, after the summary conference, Principal Assistant Qian Zhihong expressed that over the last year, we united as one, overcame difficulties, guaranteed stability, competed for quality, promoted development and preferably reached the annual objectives drafted by Anqing Foreign Language School in the initial stage. However, the marvelous performance belonged to the past and we still had a long way to go in the future. Therefore, in the subsequent work assignments, we shall continue to weave fabulous garlands with our wisdom and diligence to decorate the brilliant tomorrow in the educational business.
